We have five sense organs. They tell us about the world around us. The first is our eyes. Eyes give us the sense of sight. With our eyes we see colours, shapes, sizes, and movement.
We need light to see. In a dark room we cannot see well, so we switch on a lamp. We must protect our eyes. Do not rub them with dirty hands. Do not look at the sun. Do not sit too close to the TV.
Example: Close your eyes and let a friend put a toy in front of you. Can you tell what it is? Now open your eyes — of course you can! Your eyes did the work.
